Sa-wat dee! Welcome to Thailand. Your adventure begins in Koh Phi Phi – for many, this is the iconic image of the country. Two islands connected by a great arc of pure white sand, striking limestone cliffs and a turquoise sea. Travellers are drawn to the island because of its colourful marine life, as well as the array of shops, bars, restaurants and fire spectacles on the beach. Today, meet your skipper and other group members at 3 pm and be ready to board your home for the next four days. Your journey across the Andaman Sea will then begin, setting sail towards Koh Phi Phi Leh – the perfect place to ease into life on board with a dip in the water, dinner prepared by your onboard chef and of course, sunset.

When you travel with us, The Intrepid Foundation gives you more opportunities to support important causes in destinations you visit.
As most of this trip takes place on a sailing boat, you'll need to feel comfortable with moving about the vessel, including stairs. Your friendly crew will be able to help with the effects of sea sickness if needed.
Time on the water also means time in the sun. Remember to pack sun protection, such as sunscreen and a hat, and drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.
This is an adventure on board a real yacht, which means living spaces, cabins, bathrooms and showers need to be shared with other passengers. Sleeping quarters can be quite compact, but you will be spending most of your time above board in the open air.
If you're travelling with your own group of friends or family and would like to book a private departure on this sailing trip, our Tailor-Made team will be happy to help.

My second trip on Cataleya, and I didn't think it was possible, but even better than the first! Kung's cooking continues to be sublime, and I haven't laughed so much in a long time. This trip is the best of boat life: lots of sun, salt water, and gorgeous views. Rob, Do, Chay and Kung are all incredibly friendly and fun...they make you feel at home the minute you step onboard. There is plenty of activities, but there's also plenty of time to nap, read, or just chat with the other guests. As a woman travelling solo, it was a relief to feel very safe and comfortable with both guests and crew, and I cannot recommend this trip highly enough.
Great trip, had a great time. Great option for solo female travellers too!
My friend and I had such an amazing time on board. It was my first time on a boat overnight for a few days and it went really well! Our captain was amazing, as well as our cook. The food was absolutely incredible. We did lots of little excursions like snorkeling, etc.
This trip was wonderful! It was so relaxing and enjoyable. We visited amazing places and went snorkeling every day, exploring the incredible underwater world of Thailand. Rob was the perfect and helpful leader, and Do and Thai were excellent crew members with a wealth of knowledge. Last but not least, Kong, our chef, was amazing. I am still dreaming about it every day.
Great trip aboard the Catelya. Capt Rob and the crew were excellent. The food was excellent and plentiful. Beautiful snorkel spots.
